About the role
We’re seeking a technically skilled and strategically minded Application Engineer – HubSpot to lead the configuration, customization, and development of HubSpot across all modules—Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations. This role is critical to transforming HubSpot into a fully integrated growth platform, enabling automation at scale, ensuring data integrity, and delivering tailored technical solutions that drive revenue, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency.
This role is fixed-term until June 30, 2026.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM pipelines, custom objects, user roles, and SEO performance.
- Build advanced lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle automation across all Hubs.
- Develop complex workflows and nurture journeys using triggers, conditions, and custom code.
- Maintain and enhance website content and design using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create and manage integrations with third-party platforms via APIs and iPaaS tools.
- Ensure data quality and build dashboards for campaign performance and revenue attribution.
- Provide technical support, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement HubSpot enhancements.
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer/Admin across all Hubs, with strong CMS development skills (HubL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot APIs, OAuth, and custom integrations; familiarity with SQL, Python, or Node.js is a plus.
- Solid understanding of CRM data models, lifecycle management, and performance reporting.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science; HubSpot certifications highly regarded.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with a passion for automation and cross-functional collaboration.
