What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

The AR Analyst reports to the AR Analyst Lead and the Sr. Manager Accounts Receivable Europe and is responsible for all Collections, Dispute Management, Credit Assessment, Order release and AR Reporting activities on his dedicated customer portfolio:

  • Align with the EU AR department’s guidelines, goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and manage the dedicated EU customer portfolio: ensure timely collection of payments (mailout of dunning emails, calls & meetings with customers, etc.), handle customer disputes/queries conjointly with the relevant internal teams, ensure that unapplied cash is cleared in a timely manner, maintain accurate customer records.  
  • Reply to customer queries in a punctual manner.
  • Negotiate payment plans, prepare and mailout Final Notice emails to customers where collection activities have been exhausted, follow-up on Legal cases, conjointly with the AR Lead and/or Sr. Accounts Receivable Manager Europe. 
  • Conduct credit checks and review/release pending orders, following the SLA in place.  Follow-up on any missing or incorrect order data (PO, signed quote, CCR/CRF, billing/delivery address, etc.) with the Sales Operations/Order Management/Sales teams.
  • Back up the India based colleagues during holidays/other absences.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as per AR Lead, Sr. Manager Accounts Receivable or Finance Management requirements.
  • Participate in or lead specific AR projects aiming at optimizing the cash flow and  AR processes.
  • Provide exemplary service and specialist advice to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Ideally a previous experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce.
  • 1yrs of experience in a similar role
  • 1yr of credit assessment experience
  • Working hours: 10 to 7pm IST except for quarter closes where the team works different shifts to adapt to the Order Management team.  It might also be required to work on some India bank holidays (against time or salary compensation, depending on the bank holidays)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be fluent in English both written and verbal
  • EU language skills: Ideally fluent in German, Italian or French.
