Tekion is looking for a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition leader to drive hiring excellence across our technology verticals. As an Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in scaling high-performing teams, building strong stakeholder partnerships, and designing innovative hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

 You will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate closely with business leaders, and ensure a seamless, highquality candidate experience aligned with Tekion’s culture and values. This is a key opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants to make a lasting impact on the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Talent Strategy: Partner with leadership to design and execute robust talent acquisition strategies that support Tekion’s business growth.

• End-to-End Hiring Ownership: Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical technical and non-technical roles across India.

 • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.

 • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring excellence and continuous improvement.

 • Innovative Sourcing: Develop creative sourcing channels to attract diverse and high-quality talent, including passive candidates.

• Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and HR to strengthen Tekion’s brand presence in the talent market.

• Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics, hiring metrics, and market intelligence to guide decisionmaking and enhance recruitment efficiency.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure an engaging, transparent, and positive candidate experience that reflects Tekion’s culture.

 • DEI Advocacy: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring initiatives.

• Process Optimization: Continuously evolve recruitment processes, technology, and best practices for scalability and excellence.

Skills & Qualifications

 • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 • 9–13 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a people management or lead role.

 • Proven experience in tech hiring across engineering, product, and data functions.

• Strong understanding of India’s technology talent landscape and hiring trends.

• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and recruitment automation tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.

• Experience in building and mentoring high-performing recruitment teams.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Data-oriented mindset with proficiency in using metrics to drive performance and strategy.

• Passion for building diverse, inclusive teams and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
