JOB TYPE: full-time

We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Structural Modeler / BIM Engineer with strong expertise in 3D structural modeling, BIM coordination, and digital construction workflows. This role focuses on developing high-quality BIM models, enabling 4D and 5D project execution, and supporting large-scale construction and infrastructure projects through intelligent modeling and data-driven collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structural BIM modeling for concrete, steel, and masonry structures while ensuring compliance with international BIM standards and OpenBIM workflows. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate models, improve coordination, support quantity take-offs, and optimize project execution through digital simulation and planning tools.

This role requires a strong understanding of structural engineering principles, BIM processes, clash detection, scheduling integration, and construction sequencing. The candidate should be comfortable working in collaborative project environments with a focus on precision, coordination, and quality assurance.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Create, develop, and maintain detailed 3D BIM structural models for concrete, steel, and masonry structures
  • Ensure BIM models comply with required LOD/LOIN standards and project delivery requirements
  • Enrich BIM models with accurate attributes and metadata to support automated quantity take-offs and cost workflows
  • Integrate BIM models with project schedules to support 4D construction simulations and sequencing
  • Develop construction sequence simulations for planning, logistics analysis, and safety coordination
  • Support progress monitoring through target vs. actual comparisons and visual reporting workflows
  • Generate timeline-based visualizations to support site logistics and execution planning
  • Perform clash detection, model validation, and quality assurance checks across disciplines
  • Manage IFC exports and BCF-based coordination for OpenBIM collaboration environments
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards including ISO 19650, VDI 2552, and OpenBIM protocols
  • Collaborate with project managers, structural engineers, architects, and planning teams for coordinated project delivery
  • Support project documentation, model coordination meetings, and technical issue resolution
  • Improve BIM workflows and contribute to digital engineering best practices across projects
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, Allplan, or similar BIM platforms
  • Expertise in structural BIM modeling including reinforcement and rebar detailing workflows
  • Strong understanding of BIM 5D processes and automated quantity take-off workflows
  • Experience using tools such as Navisworks, Solibri, RIB iTWO, Nevaris, or related BIM coordination platforms
  • Knowledge of OpenBIM standards including IFC 4 and BCF-based communication workflows
  • Experience with 4D simulation tools such as Synchro 4D or Navisworks Simulate
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools including Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering concepts and construction methodologies
  • Experience working with international BIM standards such as DIN EN ISO 19650 and VDI 2552
  • Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary project environments
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on model accuracy, compliance, and quality delivery
