We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will analyze business requirements, design Salesforce-based solutions, and support implementation to improve business efficiency and processes. Key Responsibilities
- Collect and interpret business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Convert business needs into effective Salesforce functionalities.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to deliver solutions.
- Perform gap analyses and suggest enhancements to existing processes.
- Develop workflows, dashboards, and reports within the Salesforce platform.
- Engage in system configuration, testing, and deployment tasks.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and verify business requirements are met.
- Keep documentation up to date and aligned with business goals.
- Offer training and ongoing support to end users.
- Remain informed about the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
