We are looking for a Compliance Executive to report to the Compliance Manager in our Risk department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Min 5 years experience
- Fluent English
- Teamwork
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conducting and approving compliance risk analysis processes (KYS/KYC/KYP) of all third parties we are in contact with (suppliers, customers, partners),
- Ensuring compliance with legislation in coordination with the head office on issues such as Money Laundering, Combating Corruption, etc.,
- Completing periodic control tests,
- Granting Compliance unit approvals for gift, hospitality, donation and event procedures, keeping records,
- Ensuring that Mandatory Group trainings are defined for the correct target audience, monitoring and reporting training completion rates,
- Evaluating Privacy and KVKK risks/clauses in all activities and contracts in coordination with the Legal team,
- Managing and coordinating the company procedure record and follow-up process,
- Preparing key risk indicators and other periodic reporting.
