In This Role
In this position, you will lead the communications strategy and execution for customer success programs that impact a large field organization. You’ll partner with business program managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, plan, and deliver clear, engaging communications that drive alignment and performance. The role blends business program management, strategic storytelling, and operational excellence to help field teams stay informed, focused, and motivated. You’ll own newsletters, community calls, and internal campaigns that support customer success account managers and leadership, ensuring every message is timely, relevant, and aligned to organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute communication strategies for major customer success and enablement programs.
- Own and deliver newsletters, leadership talking points, RoB content, emails, and internal communication materials.
- Partner with Business Program Managers to align on messaging, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage community calls and field enablement sessions — coordinate presenters, agendas, and materials.
- Develop and maintain project plans, workbacks, and approval workflows to ensure timely execution.
- Update SharePoint pages and maintain content libraries to provide accessible resources for the field.
- Track campaign metrics such as open rates, engagement, and feedback; translate results into actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing creative communication techniques and new engagement channels.
- Lead stakeholder mapping and ensure clarity and consistency across all communications.
- Support global rollout of quizzes and enablement materials for customer support teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or program management.
- At least 8 years of experience in business communications and content creation (writing, editing, internal storytelling).
- 5+ years of project/program management experience, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and tracking.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools — PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote — and basic SharePoint site/page management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain organized processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to clarity, tone, and accuracy.
- Ability to partner effectively across complex, matrixed organizations and influence without authority.
- Proven success in measuring and reporting communication impact (e.g., engagement rates, feedback, adoption metrics).
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Experience supporting customer success, field enablement, or internal communications programs in large global organizations.
- Familiarity with SharePoint administration (libraries, permissions, basic site customization).
- Experience creating or redesigning communication processes or playbooks for internal audiences.
- Strong storytelling ability and creative approach to communication strategy.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 - $105,000 USD annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
