Join Adobe's dynamic team as a Customer Success Manager - Digital Sales in Noida! This outstanding opportunity enables you to develop a deep understanding of Adobe's Digital Media products and lead meaningful dialogue with customers. You will invent relationships based on value with North American SMB customers, promoting upsell and cross-sell initiatives. If you are ambitious and committed to customer success, this role is the perfect fit for you.
What you'll Do- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing North American Adobe SMB customers.
- Start conversations centered on value to endorse Adobe's Digital Media solutions.
- Boost sales by recognizing accounts with the greatest potential for additional purchases and cross-selling.
- Complete Marketing Qualified Leads with a defined SLA to improve revenue.
- Research customer contracts and purchasing history to identify expansion opportunities.
- Manage the opportunity pipeline, providing accurate and timely updates to management.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists to improve Adobe Solution streams like Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, and Frame.io.
- Engage with supporting functional teams to resolve issues related to Creative Cloud Subscriptions.
- A degree or equivalent experience in a practical field.
- Proven ability to successfully implement value-based sales strategies.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in managing customer accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to research and determine customer needs.
