The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results driven Data Analyst to lead enterprise-level analytics and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data visualization, reporting platforms, analytics transformation, and stakeholder engagement.
The role requires deep technical proficiency in MicroStrategy and similar BI and analytics tools, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•    Serve as the primary SME for enterprise analytics and business intelligence solutions. 
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements. 
•    Deliver scalable and high-performance BI solutions aligned with organizational objectives. 
•    Lead data analysis, data modeling, and reporting optimization initiatives. 
•    Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and compliance across reporting platforms. 
•    Provide technical leadership and guidance to analytics and reporting teams. 
•    Support modernization and automation initiatives within the analytics ecosystem. 
•    Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex reporting or visualization issues. 
•    Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices. 
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reporting efficiency and user experience. 
•    Enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions 
•    Business insights and KPI frameworks 
•    Analytics process optimization 
•    Reporting automation and governance

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

•  Strong hands-on experience with:  MicroStrategy, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense / QlikView, Dataiku 

•     4 to 7 years in design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports. 

•  Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases. 

•  Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. 

•  Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data ecosystems is preferred. 

•    Exposure to Python/R for analytics and automation will be an added advantage. 

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

•  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 

•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

•    Proven experience in client-facing and cross-functional collaboration. 

•  Strong understanding of business processes and reporting governance. 

•  Ability to mentor and guide junior team members. 

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Banking / BFSi preferred

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science / IT / Engineering

• Microsoft Power BI Certification 

• Tableau Certification 

•  Cloud Analytics Certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) preferred
