The Campaign Data Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns through data management and analysis. This role focuses on the technical aspects of campaign operations, including list pulling, understanding of marketing campaigns audience selection, audience segmentation (basic), data importation, and matching processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in handling large datasets and leveraging data to drive campaign success. The associate is responsible for end-to-end project management coordinating effectively with Marketing stakeholders to understand & correlate the requirements of ADHOC requests received and effectively process the requests within TAT and with accuracy. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter with strong knowledge of data and use of the internet to retrieve the required information. Have strong Excel, advanced SQL skills and decision-making capabilities to identify the trustworthy source of information.
Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):

List Management:
List Pulling: Extract and compile targeted lists from various data sources based on campaign criteria and segmentation requirements.
Data Extraction: Utilize database queries and data extraction tools to retrieve relevant data for campaign execution.
Segmentation: Apply segmentation rules and criteria to ensure lists are accurately tailored to campaign objectives.
Data Import and Integration:
Data Importation: Manage the import of campaign data into CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Integration: Coordinate with IT and data teams to integrate campaign data with existing systems and platforms.
Validation: Perform data validation checks to ensure imported data is accurate and aligns with campaign requirements.
Data Matching and Cleansing:
Data Matching: Implement matching processes to align campaign lists with CRM Salesforce records, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Data Cleansing: Identify and rectify data discrepancies, duplicates, and errors to maintain high data quality standards.
Enrichment: Collaborate with data providers to enhance and enrich campaign data, improving targeting and personalization. 30%
Complete ad-hoc data requests within TAT with accuracy using strong decision-making capabilities, with limited guidance.
Address and resolve data-related issues that may impact campaign execution or performance.
Develop and document processes for efficient list management, data importation, and matching.
Recommend and implement improvements to data management processes and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Ensure all data handling practices comply with relevant data protection regulations and company policies.
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
8-10 years’ experience working in CRM (preferably Salesforce) and CRM fusion tools.
Understanding of US-Healthcare industry is preferred.
Experience in Marketing Automation tools and Salesforce CRM fusion tools
Marketing operations work experience preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, CRM systems). Advanced knowledge of MS Excel skills with very good hands-on experience is mandatory.
Intermediate knowledge of SQL skills with hands-on experience is mandatory
Strong data analytical skills with the ability to uncover critical insights and drive action.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent time-management skills, with a proven ability to be highly productive and efficient in a team-driven environment.
