JOB PURPOSE 

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.   To lead the creation, deployment, and optimization of digital content across key e-retail platforms, ensuring brand consistency, performance-driven execution, and a seamless consumer experience. This role acts as a strategic bridge between global brand teams, creative agencies, and e-commerce platforms, driving excellence in content delivery and innovation through digital tools and AI.

 

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE 

  • Review, creation, and deployment of written and visual content in the all agency platfoms for all Unilever brands and products on the KWERY platform across major e-retailers.

  • Creation and management of Brand Stores with U-Studio agency in Buenos Aires for Amazon, Walmart, BA, and Mercado Libre.

  • Creation and management of A+ content for the entire Amazon portfolio.

  • Development and coordination of paid media creatives for the Personal Care, Beauty&Well, and Nutrition business units with performance media agency.

  • Monitoring and follow-up on errors across major e-retailers in collaboration with Nielsen’s Data Impact.

  • Responding to briefs for innovations, soft transitions, and hard transitions with brand teams to request global graphic materials adapted for the channel.

  • Translating brand and creative content briefs to agencies.

  • Managing Amazon Vendor Central in terms of written content, visual assets, and Brand Stores.

  • Reviewing creatives and renders in the TAB platform.

  • Proposing AI-generated creative solutions with agencies to improve visual content for brands.

 

Experiences & Qualifications  :

  • 1–2 years of experience in content creation for Beauty and Personal care brands

  • Advance English Level

  • Team project management with advertising agencies, and brand knowledge.

  • Experience in photo and video design and editing.

Skills:

  • Ability to translate brand briefs to agencies; experience managing agencies and content calendars.

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Interest in digital content and the online ecosystem.

  • Basic design skills using tools like Photoshop and Canva.

  • Creative writing skills and a sharp eye for reviewing creatives and renders.

  • Interest in AI and preferably experience with content creation tools such as Pencil, BRIA, Adobe.
