KONE India is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity for you to join our Chennai KONE India, as a Process Agent(as Recruiter)

What will you be doing?

Deliver services related to applicable selected Manage People processes and support in related

operations.

· Act according to policies, processes, and guidelines when delivering the services for the

organization. Monitor that local units follow set policies, process and guidelines and that needed

regulations, laws and employment standards are taken into consideration and are being followed.

· Collaborate with other HR teams e.g. Unit HR and business stakeholders to deliver consistent HR

services for the organization.

· Participate in the creation and development of HR CoE roadmaps e.g. by sharing country / cluster

feedback and business requirements.

· Monitor business environment and seek information on workforce trends on ongoing basis to

discuss further recommendations together with HR CoE team.

· Maintain strong connections with HR colleagues within KONE and externally to share best practices

and to understand current and future trends.

· Typically a member of a broader HR CoE team but can also be individual contributor who is

assigned e.g. for a country. Always part of HR CoE organization.

• Min 3+ yrs of experience in Recruitment with Graduation in any stream.
