We are seeking a skilled IT Continuity Program Manager to oversee and improve the organization’s global IT Continuity Management System (ITCM). This position will emphasize business continuity planning, disaster recovery governance, risk management, compliance adherence, and resilience strategies across enterprise IT systems and worldwide operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure teams, application owners, plant IT stakeholders, and enterprise leaders to ensure that critical systems remain resilient, recoverable, and compliant with international standards such as ISO 22301, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and TISAX.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve the IT Continuity Management System (ITCM).
- Prepare and revise Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) for enterprise IT systems and services.
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Application Impact Analysis (AIA) activities.
- Identify essential IT assets, infrastructure, and applications that support global operations.
- Define and manage Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).
- Perform regular IT risk assessments and continuity reviews.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies that align with enterprise security policies and compliance requirements.
- Plan and execute disaster recovery drills, failover tests, and tabletop exercises.
- Document test results and lead corrective actions.
- Lead IT response efforts during emergencies and critical incidents.
- Collaborate closely with cybersecurity and incident response teams to handle cyber disruptions.
- Provide support for enterprise compliance activities related to ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, SOX, PCI, GDPR, and TISAX standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and compliance review teams.
- Create governance policies, standards, and procedures for continuity management.
- Promote awareness of continuity practices and deliver training programs to global IT teams.
- Establish and track IT continuity KPIs, metrics, and governance dashboards.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders across manufacturing sites and enterprise IT operations.
Required Skills:
- More than 10 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years dedicated to IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
- Demonstrated success in implementing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs within global enterprise settings.
- Expertise in ISO 22301, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOX, PCI, and GDPR frameworks.
- Experience performing BIA, AIA, DRP, and enterprise risk assessments.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and data center operations.
- Proven experience in disaster recovery governance and resilience strategy implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and crisis communication abilities.
- Track record of coordinating enterprise-level disaster recovery drills and resilience testing.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, incident response, and security governance frameworks.
