- Edit engaging social media videos optimized for platforms like Instagram with strong hooks and fast-paced storytelling
- Create polished ad creatives designed for performance, conversion, and brand consistency
- Work across both high-production and lightweight edits depending on content requirements
- Transform raw footage into compelling narratives with strong pacing, rhythm, and visual appeal
- Add motion graphics, animations, and visual enhancements to elevate content quality
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Proactively suggest creative directions, editing styles, and improvements based on content goals
- Adapt edits based on feedback and deliver quick, high-quality revisions
- Stay updated with trends in social media content, editing styles, and digital advertising formats
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing with a strong and diverse portfolio
- Proficiency in professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Experience with motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects
- Familiarity with quick-edit tools and mobile-first editing platforms for social content
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
- Knowledge of social media trends and what drives engagement and conversions
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads with strong organization and prioritization skills
- Openness to feedback with the ability to iterate quickly and efficiently
- Creative thinker who brings ideas and perspectives, not just execution
