Job Title: Marketing Generalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Generalist to support our growing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities across multiple channels, including events, webinars, email outreach, and content creation such as case studies. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for engaging target audiences through impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

🟡 Events & Webinars

• Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events and webinars
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Handle event logistics, speaker coordination, promotion, and post-event follow-up
• Track and report on event ROI and attendance metrics

🟢 Email Marketing & Outreach

• Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns to engage leads and customers
• Maintain email lists and segmentation for targeted outreach
• Track open/click-through rates and drive continuous improvement

🔵 Content Development

• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling case studies that highlight customer success stories
• Assist in developing marketing collaterals including presentations, flyers, and event materials
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across channels

⚪ General Marketing Support

• Assist in campaign execution, reporting, and performance tracking
• Coordinate with design and digital marketing teams as needed
• Support social media and other content initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a marketing generalist role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoom, Canva, etc. is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in B2B or tech companies
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting
