Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with media leadership teams to define, manage, and deliver strategic projects and programs.
Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Lead cross-functional team meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and driving timely execution.
Monitor program progress, manage changes, and provide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, and issues.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones, requiring shift flexibility.
Ensure documentation, reporting, and communication standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word) to support planning, tracking, and reporting functions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating and refining program management practices.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in program management, ideally within the media industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale programs simultaneously in a structured, methodical manner.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong stakeholder engagement ability.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for analysis and executive reporting.
Flexibility to work in different shifts/time zones as needed to support global stakeholders.
Certification in Program Management is a strong plus.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
