Job Summary

  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, fostering strong client relationships and proactively addressing their needs. 
  • Lead regular client meetings to discuss account performance, growth opportunities, and hiring strategies. 
  • Train, mentor, and monitor ACPs to ensure compliance with company standards and alignment with client expectations. 
  • Set clear performance goals for ACPs, focusing on job volume growth, client satisfaction, and gross profit. 
  • Identify and resolve compliance issues promptly, ensuring that service delivery aligns with industry regulations and client requirements. 
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights, supporting data-informed decision-making. 
  • Prepare reports and presentations on account performance, profitability, and compliance metrics for internal and client review. 
  • Use Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and if-then functions) and CRM/ATS systems to manage and analyze data.
