About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who is adept in automating SCCM processes and enhancing system security through vulnerability remediation. Should be an expert in Intune management plain. Design and deliver robust desktop infrastructure, proof-of-concepts builds, high-level (HLD) and Low-level-design (LDL) documentation.
Own and maintain production grade SCCM environment, server as the technical authority for on-premises infrastructure. Know Windows 365 and other virtualization platforms. Build and manage Azure AD-Joined, Intune-managed Windows 11 deployments using Autopilot.
Deep expertise in: Windows 365, Win 10/11 deployments using hybrid join configurations. Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Autopilot. Solid foundations on virtualization technologies.

In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
- Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
- Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
- Drive solutions to reduce recovery
- Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
- Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
- Design complex system upgrades
- Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
- Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
- Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Microsoft Azure, MSCM (MEMCM), Windows 365, Windows 11, Intune
- Should have good understanding on AI technologies
- Work with fellow technical TM's to solve complex configurations
- Support SMA and other automation platforms
- Document industry best practices
- Manage vulnerabilities in the Infrastructure
- Work independently with limited support on issues
- Build observability for products and solutions that you own
- Support product grade server and infrastructure
