We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our growing SaaS team. This role involves owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, managing a strong pipeline, and driving new business growth.
Essential Job Functions
• Identify and qualify prospects through research, outreach, and networking
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations
• Manage end-to-end sales process: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in full-cycle sales (preferably SaaS or tech solutions)
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Candidates must be flexible and work during US hours, which is essential for this role.
