Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various roles, including software engineers, developers, Product Managers, and other technical professionals. You will play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings
- Leverage social media, job boards, and networking events to identify talent
- Maintain accurate and timely records of recruitment activities in ATS
- Enhance employer branding and promote a positive candidate experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in sourcing for and hiring technical roles
- Strong understanding of various technical skills, tools, and programming languages
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
