role• Skills Required:• Solid understanding of computer systems and processes• Extensive understanding of computer systems and processes• Leadership Skills• Proficient in MS Office• Technical Skills• Good written and verbal communication skills• Not less than 3 years as a people manager• Extensive knowledge in ServiceNow, Google Suites, Confluence• Adept knowledge on VPN• Knowledgeable in WSS
