We’re looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. This Staff Business Systems Analyst will join Procore’s Talent Technology team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Workday Core HCM system to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our organization. The primary goal of this role is to optimize our Workday HCM system to support efficient HR processes and enhance the user experience for our employees.
As a Staff Business Systems Analyst, you’ll partner with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, configure the system, and provide advanced support. Use your analytical skills, Workday expertise, and problem-solving abilities to drive impactful changes and ensure the system's integrity. This position reports into Director, Talent Technology and will be based in our Pune office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:

Configure and maintain the Workday Core HCM system, including modules such as Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and system configurations.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Workday HCM issues, working closely with Workday support as needed.

Lead and participate in Workday HCM projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope.

Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.

Stay updated with Workday releases and updates, assessing their impact on the system and communicating changes to stakeholders.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HR technology delivery.
What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience as a Workday Business Systems Analyst or a similar role.

Extensive experience with Workday Core HCM configuration and support.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Workday report writing and data analysis.

Workday certification in Core HCM or related modules is highly desirable.

Experience in a global or multi-national company is a plus.
