We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our Talent team as a Talent Research Associate. The role involves high-volume CV screening, initial candidate outreach, and supporting global hiring efforts through research, data management, and the use of AI tools.
Key Responsibilities- Screen large volumes of CVs based on defined criteria.
- Conduct initial communication with candidates (email, chat, or calls).
- Maintain trackers, reports, and other hiring data.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and AI tools to improve screening and sourcing efficiency.
- Support recruiters with research, market mapping, and candidate coordination.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable interacting with global candidates across various time zones.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools (summaries, prompting, automation).
- Education background in HR related field.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Internship experience in HR or recruitment.
- Basic understanding of sourcing tools like LinkedIn
- Work closely with global TA partners.
