Job Summary
As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple projects within a program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with the organization's strategic objectives, are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Communicate program status, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes and practices.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork across project teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices in program management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in
- GO development experience,
- aws services knowledge (IAM, EKS, cognito),
- microservices,
- service automation (Terraform, Helm), CI/CD and multi-tenancy.
, with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
