Job summary
As a Technical Program Manager at JP Morgan Chase within the Corporate Technology Resiliency, you will guide the delivery of innovative solutions that strengthen our firm's resiliency. You will collaborate across teams to ensure our resiliency framework meets business and regulatory objectives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Job responsibilities
  • Support the Resiliency Operating Model framework, providing guidance to application and product owners to meet compliance objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate resiliency practices across the firm.
  • Represent Corporate Technology in firmwide engagements for simulation events and resiliency tests.
  • Achieve risk and performance measures to validate and assess resiliency controls, incorporating findings into reporting and escalation.
  • Participate in post-incident response and root cause analysis to drive remediation of resiliency gaps.
  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive resiliency strategies integrating business and technology risk management.
  • Develop and maintain compliance reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into resiliency metrics and objectives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
  • Experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
  • Knowledge of core infrastructure technologies such as virtualization platforms, databases, storage, replication, and backup.
  • Proven track record in implementing IT projects successfully.
  • Ability to influence and drive change, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading discussions across multiple business lines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage relationships, partner with stakeholders, and resolve conflict to deliver business solutions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Experience with cloud provider products and services, specifically AWS.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
  • Strong data analytics skills.
