Maintain and remediate entity and document data across internal systems: classify and file documents, set up entities, reconcile records, process legal/regulatory filings, respond to client inquiries, build automated reports and automations (Excel/SharePoint/Python/SQL/Power Automate), and enforce QA and audit-compliant processes to ensure accurate, first-time-right delivery.

Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and document uploads. Follow SOPs and quality checks, update trackers and MIS, report discrepancies, support quality reviews, and collaborate with team leads while learning process workflows.
