They also create enablement materials for partner teams.

Provide 1st and 2nd level support for internal employees in a Mac OS-focused environment. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, configure computers, conduct IT training, document technical solutions, and troubleshoot SaaS systems. Must have customer service and hardware support experience.
