Serve as the techno-functional lead for NetSuite administration and optimization, configure NetSuite (custom fields/records/forms), design SuiteFlow automations, author Saved Searches and SuiteAnalytics, manage sandbox testing and upgrades, and build Workato integrations to sync data between HubSpot/Salesforce, Chargebee, Xero, and QuickBooks while ensuring financial reconciliation and tax compliance.

Lead technical architecture and delivery for Lead-to-Cash and Customer Success across HubSpot, Salesforce/CPQ, Certinia and NetSuite. Run discovery workshops, map processes, design data schemas, build Workato integrations, define QA strategy, execute SIT/UAT, and drive RCA to ensure multi-system integrity.

Own and optimize Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, and Certinia PSA configurations. Manage product catalogs, complex pricing, quote templates, subscription lifecycles, and Certinia project/billing setups. Ensure integrations and data syncs with HubSpot and NetSuite (via Workato). Build reporting and dashboards to track recurring revenue and resource utilization, support migrations, and maintain data integrity across systems.

Administer and configure the Chargebee platform, maintain and troubleshoot integrations with CRM/ERP systems, translate revenue operations requirements into scalable configurations, investigate API/webhook/authentication issues, and document runbooks and knowledge-base articles.

Design, build, and maintain complex Workato integration recipes and custom connectors to sync CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite). Troubleshoot payloads, rate limits, and synchronization failures, implement robust retry and alerting frameworks, and author integration architecture, mappings, and runbooks while enforcing governance and best practices.

As a Distinguished Engineer, you will set the technical direction for scalable software solutions, solve complex engineering problems, drive excellence, and champion AI practices. You will mentor engineers and influence technical decisions while collaborating across teams to meet business needs.
