Develop and evaluate manufacturing suppliers across aerospace, automotive, industrial, electronics, and related sectors. Visit factories, conduct supplier audits, negotiate commercial terms, reduce costs, build alternate vendor networks, and resolve quality, delivery, and supply bottlenecks. Partner with engineering teams to translate requirements into sourcing strategies and support rapid operational scaling.

Develops and maintains detailed assembly and integration procedures for launch vehicle structures, propulsion, avionics, and subsystems. Translates engineering designs, drawings, CAD models, and GD&T into technician-ready work instructions. Supports hands-on floor integration, troubleshooting, quality inspections, configuration control, non-conformance resolution, tooling definition, and technician training. Collaborates with design, systems, manufacturing, quality, and test teams, and provides launch-site integration support when needed.

Support Agnikul Cosmos’s growth strategy through market research, competitive intelligence, commercial proposals, stakeholder tracking, policy monitoring, event coordination, business intelligence databases, financial modeling, and business case development. The role works closely with the Chief Business Officer across customer, partnership, government, and industry engagements in the global space launch market.

Develop and maintain software for testing, commanding, and monitoring launch vehicle and test stand systems. Support LabVIEW-based DAQ systems, hardware integration, sensor calibration, debugging, code integration, documentation, bug tracking, and qualification testing. Work closely with instrumentation hardware and laboratory equipment to generate accurate, traceable engineering data for aerospace validation.

Own day-to-day IT infrastructure operations across enterprise networking, firewalls, wireless systems, IP surveillance, and multi-site environments. Design, deploy, troubleshoot, upgrade, and document network and CCTV infrastructure. Resolve incidents end to end, support site deployments, improve monitoring and automation, collaborate with vendors and OEMs, and mentor junior engineers while remaining hands-on.

Sources aerospace and non-aerospace suppliers, identifies project requirements, negotiates vendor terms, prepares contracts and supplier survey reports, develops project budget estimates, and improves daily operations through systems thinking. The role also requires maintaining technical knowledge of engineering supplies through research, workshops, benchmarking, networking, and professional societies.

Supports the development, integration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of RF communication systems across S-, L-, and X-band frequencies. Operates RF measurement equipment, assists with antenna characterization, component selection, procurement, documentation, and test reporting. The role analyzes RF performance, signal integrity, and system-level issues while coordinating testing with senior engineers, vendors, and facilities including ISRO locations.

Develop firmware and embedded software for bare-metal and Linux-based platforms. Build device drivers, BSPs, communication interfaces, and networking services using C, C++, and Python. Integrate hardware and software, work with peripherals and synchronization protocols, troubleshoot systems at register and packet levels, and support testing, validation, and verification of mission-critical embedded systems.
