Design and develop high-voltage, high-power battery packs from concept through qualification. Responsibilities include battery architecture, cell selection, electrical and thermal design, BMS integration, protection systems, testing, environmental qualification, failure analysis, vendor coordination, and integration with motor drives and power systems. The role also supports prototype assembly, troubleshooting, and vehicle testing.

Design and develop high-power, high-voltage BLDC/PMSM motors for propulsion and actuation. Responsibilities include motor architecture, sizing, electromagnetic, mechanical, thermal, rotor dynamics, vibration, insulation, materials, testing, qualification, failure investigation, and system integration. The role requires simulation and FEA, high-speed rotating machinery knowledge, motor testing, engineering calculations, and correlation of simulations with experimental data.

Research markets, customers, suppliers, partners, competitors, and industry developments to identify business opportunities. Engage with external stakeholders, gather requirements, maintain opportunity databases, follow up on leads, and collaborate with technical, operations, procurement, and leadership teams to convert opportunities into business initiatives. The role involves extensive travel, fieldwork, relationship building, market analysis, and presenting actionable insights.

Provides day-to-day administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, arranging travel, maintaining records, preparing notes, handling routine communications, tracking follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, task prioritization, and basic proficiency with Google Workspace.

Own aerospace engineering projects from planning through closure, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, resources, dependencies, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, lead project reviews, maintain schedules and status reports, escalate critical issues, communicate recovery plans, and improve execution processes across cross-functional teams.

Support Agnikul Cosmos’s growth strategy through market research, competitive intelligence, commercial proposals, stakeholder tracking, policy monitoring, event coordination, business intelligence databases, financial modeling, and business case development. The role works closely with the Chief Business Officer across customer, partnership, government, and industry engagements in the global space launch market.

Own day-to-day IT infrastructure operations across enterprise networking, firewalls, wireless systems, IP surveillance, and multi-site environments. Design, deploy, troubleshoot, upgrade, and document network and CCTV infrastructure. Resolve incidents end to end, support site deployments, improve monitoring and automation, collaborate with vendors and OEMs, and mentor junior engineers while remaining hands-on.
