Support and enhance web applications across the stack: maintain C#/ASP.NET apps, improve SQL Server performance, troubleshoot production issues, work on React and Next.js front ends, handle AWS QuickSight reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Perform US medical-billing accounts receivable calling with emphasis on denial management and resolution. Work EST night shift from Chennai, supporting behavioral-health clients. Communicate with US providers/payers, follow denial action workflows, and meet performance incentives and targets.

Make outbound and inbound patient AR calls for US medical billing, collect/resolution of outstanding balances, verify patient information, document interactions in billing systems, coordinate with billing teams. Work EST zone night shift; behavioral-health billing experience preferred.

Manage and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and on-premise/cloud systems; perform OS/software/hardware installations, patching, backups, monitoring, security controls, user account management, disaster recovery testing, documentation, and provide technical support.

Manage office administration and facility operations including attendance tracking, utilities and pantry oversight, vendor and records management, security and biometric access, transportation coordination, emergency preparedness, travel and event coordination, procurement and inventory, and supervise another Office Admin to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Perform US medical billing accounts receivable tasks focused on eligibility verification and prior authorization. Handle claims and authorizations, communicate with payers and providers, support behavioral health billing, and work EST hours (India night shift).
