Lead ambiguous technical initiatives through planning, stakeholder coordination, implementation, and completion while serving as a key contact for auditors and business partners.

Supports and tests the Radio Online application through user assistance, technical troubleshooting, integration and system testing, defect management in Jira, and Agile collaboration. Develops and maintains system rules and models using JavaScript, supports cloud-based testing, provides user training, and contributes to application improvements and CI/CD practices.

Manages customer transitions into telecommunications managed services, coordinating contracts, hardware fulfillment, project milestones, billing readiness, cancellations, reporting, and global stakeholder communications. Supports project initiation, cost, quality, resources, risks, and status management across offshore, onsite, client, and cross-functional teams. Uses project management tools and Agile or Waterfall methodologies in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Supports project planning, scheduling, execution, documentation, meetings, status reporting, risk tracking, milestone management, budget tracking, procurement coordination, and timesheet administration. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains project dashboards and trackers, follows up on action items, and ensures compliance with PMO standards to support timely, in-scope delivery.

Supports and improves enterprise infrastructure across managed services environments. Administers Zabbix monitoring, Linux and Windows servers, Active Directory, virtualization, containers, Microsoft 365, databases, networking, and endpoint platforms. Provides Tier 2/3 support, incident and root-cause analysis, automation, documentation, and continuous improvement while supporting multiple customer environments.

Provides Level 1 technical support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoots Windows, Linux, networking, access, connectivity, and remote-access issues; manages incidents and service requests; documents resolutions; monitors SLAs; escalates complex issues; coordinates with engineering teams, vendors, and carriers; and participates in incident response and continuous improvement. Requires flexible shift availability and approximately four weeks of customer-specific training.

Build production-grade agentic AI systems that reason, search, and execute workflows. Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents, semantic search layers, data processing solutions, dimensional data models, and scalable AI workloads. Work with structured and unstructured data, LLMs, vector databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and ML observability. Responsibilities include fine-tuning models, prompt engineering, optimizing context windows, and deploying reliable AI applications.

Provide voice and email technical support, manage incidents according to ITIL processes, and troubleshoot various hardware and software issues.

Senior System Administrator responds to technical support requests via phone/email/chat, troubleshoots desktops, servers, network printing, Exchange/Office365, Active Directory, backups, SAN/NAS, SQL and Intune; performs move/add/change tasks, resolves escalations, trains users, and collaborates cross-functionally. Participates in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work.
