Create and maintain high-quality software documentation (online help, release notes, installation instructions). Collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA, and support to gather information, use software and VMs to explore features, produce diagrams/screenshots, and deliver accurate documentation on schedule while using AI tools to improve productivity.

Design and build test automation strategies and frameworks using Core Java; develop and execute automated functional and non-functional test scenarios; analyze manual QA for automation opportunities; debug and isolate defects; evaluate new tools; work in Agile with familiarity of CI/CD pipelines.
