Lead design and development of real-time embedded firmware and PC/mobile software. Create high- and low-level designs, implement BSP, bootloader and device drivers, perform unit/functional/system testing (manual and automated), perform code reviews and static analysis, troubleshoot, document deliverables, and follow SDLC processes.

Lead and own design verification activities: define verification strategy, develop and run verification environments and testbenches, mentor engineers, coordinate with design teams, track verification progress, and ensure product meets functional and timing requirements.
