Oversee benefits coordination and insurance eligibility verification processes, ensuring timely completion, productivity, and service-level targets. Provide team guidance, respond to client queries, complete assigned BR Connect tickets, cover resource gaps, share knowledge, report daily status, update KPIs, and review verification-related denials and rejections.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath RPA bots and workflows. Analyze business processes, document automation requirements, optimize workflows, manage bots through UiPath Orchestrator, troubleshoot exceptions, and collaborate with IT, operations, quality assurance, and business stakeholders. Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, data privacy, version control, and documentation standards.

Handles inbound and outbound patient calls, billing and payment-related concerns, internal and client tickets, and daily voicemails. Creates or supports payment arrangements, answers patient inquiries, routes issues to appropriate teams, and maintains productivity targets. Requires strong communication, accurate typing, healthcare calling experience, familiarity with accounts receivable, and flexibility for night shifts supporting U.S. time zones.

Leads credentialing and enrollment operations, ensuring providers are licensed, certified, and enrolled with insurance payers. Responsibilities include submitting and tracking applications, maintaining credentialing records and databases, resolving deficiencies, communicating with payers and clients, monitoring regulatory compliance, managing work orders, auditing staff work, and mentoring team members. Requires medical billing experience, strong communication and typing skills, confidentiality, and reliable attendance.

Performs revenue cycle management activities including charge and payment posting, accounts receivable follow-ups, patient statement processing, error correction, and audit support. Meets daily production, accuracy, and SLA targets while maintaining HIPAA, ISMS, and QMS compliance. Updates task trackers, reports status, resolves account clarifications, follows PMS workflows and SOPs, and applies process updates through ongoing training.
