This evergreen talent challenge invites participants to integrate Exasol with an existing open-source project of at least 100 GitHub stars. Candidates must add Exasol compatibility or functionality, implement automated integration tests, secure upstream acceptance and merging, maintain the contribution, and present the result. Submissions are evaluated on security, user experience, performance, and maintainability. Successful participants may join Exasol’s talent community and receive priority consideration for future roles.

Manage and support Exasol's Salesforce CRM: respond to stakeholder requests, resolve 1st/2nd level tickets, maintain data quality, configure reports/dashboards, document processes in Confluence, collaborate with international teams, and improve CRM usability and processes.

Manage and resolve support cases for the Exasol database, focusing on SQL, drivers, and connectivity. Provide technical guidance on Exasol features, collaborate with R&D and PM, deliver service activities, and maintain technical documentation. Mentor new employees and ensure timely, high-quality project deliverables.
