Owns shared UI components, leads code reviews, mentors developers, troubleshoots complex issues, and influences technical decisions. Participates in Agile/Scrum planning and collaborates with QA and business stakeholders on UI/UX initiatives.

Oversee major incident management processes to ensure swift resolutions and reduce business impact while collaborating with various departments for improvements.
