The Business Sales Operations Executive coordinates B2B transport orders, drives service excellence, analyzes sales data, and identifies growth opportunities.

Coordinate and monitor daily vehicle trips from pickup through delivery. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams; track vehicle movements; provide status updates; resolve delays and operational issues; maintain trip records and reports; handle customer queries; ensure process compliance; and support operational improvements. The role is designed for fresh graduates beginning careers in logistics and transportation operations.
