Provides Tier I technical support through tickets, phone, and in-person requests. Troubleshoots Windows systems, applications, devices, connectivity, phones, VPNs, and conference room technology; manages user accounts, permissions, equipment inventory, and documentation. Supports corporate and retail locations, educates users, collaborates with vendors, and assists with IT projects. The role requires strong customer service, organization, research, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 pounds.

Maintains donor databases, gift records, pledges, constituent information, and data integrity. Prepares donor profiles, reports, dashboards, mailing lists, grant records, and audit support materials. Coordinates with Finance and Accounting on gift reconciliation and supports fundraising software, CRM systems, donor acknowledgments, and events. The role also assists with grant reporting and occasional activities outside normal business hours.

Lead development of individual giving strategy, manage and solicit a donor portfolio for annual and major gifts, steward donors, lead moves management, oversee donor CRM data and gift processing, collaborate across teams and executive leadership, plan donor events, and monitor fundraising performance to grow philanthropic revenue.
