Manage Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases across on-premises and OCI environments. Responsibilities include administration, patching, upgrades, security, performance tuning, backup and recovery, cloning, refreshes, database links, and disaster recovery using Data Guard and SQL Server availability technologies. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution mapping, configuration, conversions, integrations, reporting, security, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support. The role requires hands-on expertise across Oracle ERP and HCM modules, technical development using PL/SQL and SQL, OTBI and FRS reporting, data conversion tools, interfaces, approvals, and SSO. The architect also oversees quality, resolves complex issues, leads deliverables, and communicates with clients.

Deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for North American clients: lead discovery, fit-gap, FSDs, hands-on configuration, data conversion, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT/Parallel), deployment, and 30-day hypercare while coordinating cross-functional teams and performing payroll validation and reconciliation.

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure IT infrastructure. Lead and mentor IT teams, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance, optimize performance, drive disaster recovery and business continuity, and automate operations.
