Engineers and supports enterprise Windows desktop environments, leading endpoint deployment and lifecycle management through Intune, Windows 365, and related Microsoft technologies. Automates administration with PowerShell, supports Zero Trust and endpoint security initiatives, resolves complex Level 3 issues, and manages Citrix and virtual desktop environments. Owns the business planning technology portfolio and aligns business needs with technology solutions. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP IBP, SCM, and ePPDS; gathering requirements; managing system implementations; improving integrated planning processes; coordinating vendors and global stakeholders; providing second-level support; and facilitating training and knowledge transfer.

Develop forecasting, predictive analytics, dashboards, and machine learning solutions to improve planning performance and business outcomes. Analyze complex datasets, demand patterns, seasonality, and business drivers; identify forecast bias; and recommend process improvements. Partner with planning, commercial, IT, and external stakeholders to deliver analytical projects from discovery through deployment. Communicate insights, evaluate emerging technologies, and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads global cybersecurity architecture across infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint, OT/ICS, manufacturing environments, and vulnerability management. Owns security strategy, reference architectures, technical controls, risk-based remediation, compliance alignment, budgets, vendors, and a distributed team of architects and engineers. Advises the CISO and senior stakeholders while driving security-by-design, zero-trust, IT/OT convergence, and enterprise resilience.

Maintain accurate material and quality master data across global manufacturing sites. Support product creation, quality documentation, regulatory compliance, customer requirements, data migration, and master data transition projects. Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve data issues, improve processes, and meet service-level agreements. Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, user training, documentation, and compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead Workday technical architecture, solution design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Build and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, connectors, APIs, RaaS, XML/XSLT, and SFTP. Configure business processes, security, reports, calculated fields, and dashboards across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, and Talent. Establish development standards, conduct design and code reviews, and support Agile delivery, releases, and production operations.

Analyze quantitative consumer and sensory data using advanced statistical models, design and conduct consumer tests, generate insights, and translate findings into recommendations for flavor product development. The role also involves qualitative research, stakeholder presentations, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting less experienced team members.
