Create clear, scenario-based support content such as flow descriptions, articles, and instructions. Partner with product and local support teams to deliver knowledge updates, gather feedback, and improve content using research and data. Help establish content guidelines and standards while analyzing support tickets and customer journeys.

Manage end-to-end intercompany accounting across an international group, including reconciliations, loan interest accruals, cost-plus transactions, allocations, journal entries, eliminations, and period close. Support audits, tax reviews, treasury requests, transfer pricing compliance, intercompany agreements, and NetSuite implementation. Collaborate with Controllers, Tax, Treasury, and Legal while applying IFRS and US GAAP.

Own payroll accounting operations across multiple markets, including processing, reconciliations, compliance, reporting, month-end and quarter-end close, controls, policies, and audit support. Lead accounting process improvements, automation, and system implementations while partnering cross-functionally and assisting with employee equity grants.

Lead product strategy and experience optimization for routing, ETA prediction, maps, and in-app navigation. Drive UX improvements for drivers and passengers, partner with Design and Research, manage complex cross-functional roadmaps, and oversee frequent A/B testing and statistical analysis. The role requires strong product management experience in mapping, ride-hailing, or delivery, technical architecture awareness, UX judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
