Requires an engineering degree and substantial oil and gas experience in E3D administration, information management, or piping.

Leads project controls across multiple projects by developing integrated schedules, managing budgets and forecasts, tracking commitments, analyzing earned value and performance, and preparing reporting dashboards. Partners with engineering, procurement, construction, contracts, finance, and accounting teams to assess variances, risks, delays, scope changes, and recovery actions. Leads knowledge management strategy, governance, and repository administration for proposal content. Manages a small KM team, oversees SharePoint structure, metadata, permissions, search, reporting, and content quality, and coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain accurate, searchable knowledge assets. Uses AI tools to improve content development and maintenance, eliminates duplicate or outdated information, and develops analytics to monitor repository health, usage, and knowledge gaps.

The role supports department management and ensures compliance with international standards and company procedures.

Leads KBR’s India Procurement and Supply Chain organization, overseeing procurement, subcontracts, materials management, and supply chain teams. Responsibilities include workforce planning, capability development, resource allocation, stakeholder and client engagement, governance, process standardization, digital transformation, performance improvement, and organizational change. The role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and supports procurement and supply chain delivery across global EPC, engineering, construction, and industrial projects.

Designs electrical systems and facility layouts for oil and gas, power, and renewable energy projects. Creates schematics, SLDs, cable tray and substation layouts, electrical models, material quantities, drawing lists, and design standards using 2D and 3D tools. Guides engineers and designers, manages project resources and budgets, supports schedules, and may travel globally for client, office, or site assignments.
