Manage treasury operations including daily cash positions, cash flow forecasting, banking activities, vendor and statutory payments, forex transactions, working capital facilities, investments, bank reconciliations, and treasury accounting. Prepare treasury MIS and audit schedules while ensuring FEMA compliance and adherence to banking authorization controls.

Own monthly financial close activities, reconciliations, statutory and tax compliance, transfer pricing documentation, audit coordination, fixed asset accounting, and USGAAP group reporting. Partner with the Controller to strengthen internal controls, ensure accurate financial statements, review junior team members’ work, and improve close-cycle processes.

Supports accounts receivable activities, customer and intercompany reconciliations, bank reconciliations, audit and MIS schedules, export documentation, and monthly related-party reporting. Assists with foreign trade, customs, and GST incentive claims while ensuring intercompany entries and affiliate balances reconcile accurately. Works in a corporate business office five days weekly, with occasional Saturday work as required.

Leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, KPI analysis, variance analysis, profitability reviews, and executive insights. Partners with stakeholders and Accounting to align reporting, supports audits, calculates incentive compensation, and identifies risks and opportunities. The role also improves reporting efficiency through automation and analytics while recommending corrective actions to achieve financial targets.

Owns end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, total rewards, statutory compliance, HR systems, and workforce reporting. The role administers HR policies, employee benefits, records, payroll inputs, tax activities, audits, and compliance filings while improving HR service delivery. It also develops dashboards and analyzes workforce trends to provide leadership with actionable insights. The position partners with business leaders, Finance, vendors, and government bodies in an office-based Chennai environment with occasional local travel.

Create sales-ready marketing content and digital assets, including product one-pagers, presentations, commercial visuals, and adapted sales and digital materials. Translate voice-of-customer insights and critical-to-quality inputs into customer-friendly messaging, use approved templates to produce reusable content, and maintain an organized content library with version control.
