The Senior Site Reliability Engineer I ensures system reliability, collaborates on deployment strategies, and promotes DevOps and site reliability best practices.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/data pipelines and infrastructure. Ensure data quality, ownership of data products, collaborate with analysts and data scientists, drive continuous improvement, and support delivery of AI-driven data solutions for business stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain complex Java-based systems using Apache Camel and Spring Boot. Implement AWS solutions (ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS, Step Functions), resolve security vulnerabilities, integrate payment webservices, mentor junior engineers, and drive development best practices and architecture decisions.

Perform research, design, and moderate-complexity software development tasks. Write and review specifications, fix bugs, translate requirements into designs, resolve technical issues, and follow development methodologies and testing best practices.

Own one or more product features, lead cross-functional delivery, gather customer requirements, prioritize features using data and market analysis, run experiments (A/B), support go-to-market and sales, and develop business cases and product plans to drive customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.

Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems. Collaborate on requirements, write specifications, fix complex bugs, implement best practices, mentor junior engineers, work with data models, and deploy solutions in cloud and CI/CD environments.
