Own and improve People operations for Lyric’s India team, including employee lifecycle processes, manager support, performance management, organizational clarity, employee relations, and scalable people practices. Partner closely with India leadership, R&D, and the global People team to resolve issues, strengthen employee experience, and support organizational growth. The role requires hands-on execution, sound judgment, discretion, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Own enterprise supply chain implementations from discovery through go-live, translating complex planning and execution challenges into AI-native models and workflows. Build and debug Python, SQL, optimization, simulation, and machine learning solutions on Lyric’s platform. Partner with customers, Product, and Engineering; mentor junior engineers; develop reusable accelerators; and apply AI tools to improve delivery. Focus areas include network optimization, scenario analysis, demand planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and supply chain execution.

Build and evolve Lyric’s core agentic platform, including frameworks, orchestration patterns, execution loops, tools, and production infrastructure. Develop agents on top of the platform, solve ambiguous engineering problems end-to-end, evaluate emerging AI techniques, and establish reliable engineering patterns for rapidly evolving agentic software. Collaborate with a small GenAI team and support internal and customer-facing agent experiences.

Provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for an enterprise AI SaaS platform, resolves customer issues, and communicates solutions clearly. Identifies recurring support patterns, improves documentation and workflows, and proposes automation opportunities. Partners with engineering, product, platform, and content teams to improve customer outcomes and support scalability. This remote rotational role offers exposure to Customer Success, Professional Services, and AI support.

Formulate supply chain decisions as optimization models and ship them as reliable production software. Responsibilities include developing LP/MIP, network flow, heuristic, and simulation models; improving model performance and feasibility; coding in Python; integrating solvers; validating AI/LLM tooling; and explaining business trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
