Lead technical direction for data platforms, design and maintain data pipelines for reporting and AI (RAG, embeddings, vector stores), reduce architectural debt, mentor engineers, partner with product leadership, and represent Mitratech externally.

Lead end-to-end design of complex enterprise SaaS features, using AI-native tools to drive discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and design-system contributions. Collaborate with product and engineering, mentor designers, advocate for users, and deliver implementation-ready outputs that influence product strategy.

Build and ship Agentforce agents and AI components for CaseCloud, translating product blueprints into production Agentforce implementations. Develop custom actions using Apex, Flow, LWC and external APIs; implement RAG with Salesforce Data Cloud; author prompts and test suites; package components for AgentExchange/AppExchange compliance; mentor developers and collaborate with product management on roadmap and release cadence.

Lead end-to-end AppExchange managed-package development for CaseCloud: architecture, Apex, LWC, integrations (REST/SOAP/MCP), CI/CD, security review, testing, and mentoring, using AI-assisted development throughout the SDLC.
