Ensures compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company engineering requirements. Leads technical teams, develops capabilities, coordinates shutdowns and integrations, and drives reliable, efficient project execution and continuous improvement.

Owns technical operations, integrations, troubleshooting, upgrades, monitoring, and security governance for PingFederate, PingID MFA, and Ping Directory. Designs SSO and OAuth/OIDC integrations, resolves critical authentication incidents, supports HA/DR environments, manages certificates, coordinates vendors, drives compliance and process improvements, and mentors junior staff. The role also develops automation, documentation, monitoring standards, and risk-based security recommendations across enterprise IAM services.

Leads commercial finance partnering for East India, Nepal, and Bangladesh. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, performance management, revenue and pricing analysis, trade investment and profitability management, financial governance, reporting, team leadership, stakeholder influence, and finance process transformation through standardization and automation.
