The Senior Product Designer will lead design initiatives by understanding customer needs, managing end-to-end design processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for fleet compliance products. Partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to translate regulatory and customer needs into product requirements, drive launches, and use data to prioritize and measure impact.

Own and roadmap fleet management product experiences for dispatchers, operators, and drivers. Translate customer pain into web and mobile workflows, define metrics, run betas, work with data scientists to build AI features from sensor data, and collaborate cross-functionally while gathering field feedback.

Lead strategy and execution to expand Motive's Spend Management and Motive Card into new sectors and geographies. Run customer research, define ICPs and MVP, build roadmaps, author PRDs/wireframes, define metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to drive adoption and revenue.
