Lead the Platform Engineering & Automation team to improve developer productivity, CI/CD reliability, and build a shared AI platform. Define and execute multi-quarter platform roadmaps, track engineering health metrics, manage release and risk processes, and evolve internal service catalog and release gate policies to reduce deployment risk and accelerate feature delivery.

Design and maintain scalable GCP-based data pipelines and MLOps workflows. Productionize, deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models (Vertex AI, Ray). Manage Kubernetes (GKE) clusters, build CI/CD for ML with Docker, implement real-time streaming (Apache Flink), and apply advanced techniques like Data Sketches for performant financial analytics.

Design, build, secure, and operate cloud foundations (primarily AWS, with GCP support). Develop IaC (Terraform) modules, CI/CD pipelines, guardrails, and automated policy enforcement. Contribute to architecture, incident triage, audit readiness (SOC 2/PCI), and collaborate across platform, SRE, security, network, and application teams to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant cloud platform capabilities.

Lead migration and modernization of on-prem PostgreSQL/MySQL databases to AWS Aurora. Own Aurora administration, performance tuning, backup/DR, replication, and automation using IaC. Use AWS monitoring tools and DMS for migrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply AI/analytical techniques to optimize infrastructure and availability.

Build and own horizontal tooling and workflow automation across the company, integrating AI/LLM-powered features. Diagnose cross-team friction, design end-to-end solutions, implement integrations (Zendesk/Jira/CRM/HRIS), and produce clean, tested, maintainable code with CI/CD and observability practices. Partner with stakeholders to automate repeatable workflows and document designs for non-technical audiences.

Lead detection and response efforts: triage Devo SIEM alerts, perform investigations and threat hunting, develop detections/enrichments/automations, unify vulnerability data from Snyk/Tenable/CrowdStrike into aggregators, serve as incident commander, improve SOAR/workflows, and support PCI DSS compliance and reporting.
