Design electrical systems for combined-cycle and thermal power plants, including substations up to 400kV, equipment sizing, protection and metering diagrams, grounding and lightning protection, cable sizing and layouts, relay coordination, and auxiliary power distribution. Conduct ETAP system studies, interpret results, review vendor drawings, evaluate technical bids, and prepare DCS/PLC electrical I/O lists.

Prepare plot plans, equipment layouts, and P&IDs in AutoCAD for combined-cycle and thermal power plant systems. Review vendor drawings and 3D models, update layouts, provide design comments, and coordinate interfaces with piping teams across gas turbine, steam turbine, fuel gas, cooling water, steam, feedwater, and condensate systems.

Prepare electrical design and drafting deliverables in AutoCAD, including power, lighting, grounding, hazardous-area, cable-routing, and equipment layouts. Develop drawings from engineering calculations and markups, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, incorporate client revisions, maintain document control and drafting standards, and support model reviews, construction, commissioning, and as-built documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards across FEED, detailed engineering, brownfield, and greenfield projects.

Develops and maintains Revit MEP models for HVAC and mechanical systems, including ductwork, hydronic and heating piping, equipment layouts, and mechanical rooms. Prepares detailed drawings, performs clash detection, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, assists with equipment sizing, and supports technical documentation and design reviews. The role requires mechanical/HVAC design experience on building or industrial projects, strong Revit MEP and AutoCAD skills, BIM coordination experience, familiarity with applicable codes, and exposure to cleanroom and process utility systems.

Develops electrical power distribution, lighting, wiring, cable tray, and equipment layouts for manufacturing and capital construction projects using Revit and AutoCAD. Reviews specifications, drawings, estimates, budgets, system models, and as-built documentation. Collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, owners, and system integrators. Supports multi-discipline design/build projects, project closeout, technical reporting, presentations, and NEC compliance.
